Children Policy (Suites Only)
Free of charge for infants below the age of 5 years, traveling with two guardians and sharing the same guardians beds. Cots are offered free of charge, if available. Children above 5 years and under 12 years traveling with two guardians pay 25% of published rates listed in table above. Above 12 years of age, a berth must be alloted.

Alteration of schedule and cruise itinerary
All schedules and itineraries may be subject to alterations and delays at short notice due to river and weather conditions. The ship's purser and captain are jointly responsible for passengers' comfort and safety. Passengers must accept their decisions and instructions.
Health & Insurance
All passengers are responsible for their health and fitness level for travel and cruise. They must also arrange their own personal travel insurance and medication prior to arrival. The Company is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings and equipment, personal injury and illness.
Fuel Surcharge
Should fuel prices rise by more than 10% the company will be entitled to impose a fuel supplement equivalent to the amount by which the fuel price exceeds the price allowed for in the contract.
Visa Requirements
Visas are required for both Vietnam and Cambodia. For downstream, no visas are available upon for arrival into Vietnam and for upstream, visas can be arranged by The Company at a cost of US$25 each. The costs might change dependent upon the authority.
Cruise Cancellation
The Company reserves the rights to cancel cruises with less than 5 cabins bookings, giving passengers 30 days notice. An alternative departure date will be offered subject to availability. If this alternative date is not acceptable to the passenger any down payments made for the cancelled cruise will be refunded.
Cabin Change
The Company reserves the right to change a cabin allocated, to a higher category, without notice due to cabin conditions.
Registration & Embarkation Time
The Tour Operator must ensure all passengers meet at the meeting point on time. The Company is not obliged to delay departure to ensure the experience of the other passengers.
Stipulations
The Company contracts with independent contractors in securing and booking the services provided in our tours and we are not responsible for any negligence and/or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives. The Company is not responsible or liable, with respect to person or property, for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained or suffered during any trip or tour arranged by them. Flight and other travel arrangements prior to commencement of the tour are the responsibility of The Tour Operator.
Force Majeure
In the case of circumstances beyond normal control, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, epidemics or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the Company may cancel the cruise and there will be a full refund of all monies paid by the passenger. In the event of a cruise being cancelled as a result of the above force majeure situations following the commencement of that cruise period then monies will not be refunded.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law governing the contract is the law of Vietnam. Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the contract shall be resolved by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce. The Arbitration shall take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and shall be held in English.
Special Remarks
This contract is valid upon acceptance of the above terms and conditions. In order for The Company to include The Tour Operator in its listing for preferential rates and commission, please notify your acceptance of all Term and Conditions of this contract by signing on two copies on all pages and by mailing it duly stamped to The Company. The Tour Operator must send the signed and stamped agreement within 30 days from the date of issue, after which this offer shall be null and avoid. |
